Loyal Card Stamps Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Loyal Card Stamps program (the “Program”) offered by Royal Wharf Clinic (the “Company”) to its valued customers. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
   – The Program is open to all customers of Royal Wharf Clinic.
   – Customers must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2. Earning Stamps:
   – Customers can earn one (1) stamp for every eligible transaction where they spend a minimum of £50 (the “Qualifying Transaction”).
   – Stamps will be awarded at the discretion of the Company.
   – Stamps cannot be earned on transactions below £50.
3. Stamp Redemption:
   – Upon collecting seven (7) stamps, the customer is eligible to redeem their Loyal Card for a free facial at Royal Wharf Clinic.
   – Stamps cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
   – Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be given to friends or other customers.
4. Loyal Card:
   – A physical or digital Loyal Card will be provided to the customer upon their first eligible transaction.
   – It is the customer’s responsibility to present the Loyal Card for stamping during each Qualifying Transaction.
   – Lost or stolen Loyal Cards may not be replaced, and any accumulated stamps on a lost or stolen card will not be transferred or reimbursed.
6. Program Changes:
   – The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
   – In the event of Program termination, all unused stamps will become void.
7. Data Privacy:
   – By participating in the Program, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
8. Discretion:
   – The Company reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the issuance, redemption, and validity of stamps and the Loyal Card.

Loyal Card Stamps Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Loyal Card Stamps program (the “Program”) offered by Royal Wharf Clinic (the “Company”) to its valued customers. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Loyal Card Stamps program, you must be a registered customer of Royal Wharf Clinic and meet the following criteria:
– You must spend a minimum of £550 per treatment in a single transaction.
2. Earning Stamps:
For every eligible transaction, you will receive one (1) stamp on your Loyal Card. Stamps are non-transferable and can only be earned for personal use.
3. Redemption:
Once you have collected three (3) stamps on your Loyal Card, you are eligible to redeem it for a 50% discount. The discount will be applied on your fourth visit.
4. Discount Offer:
Upon collecting three (3) stamps, you are entitled to a 50% discount on your fourth visit. The discount applies to the total cost of your treatment on the fourth visit, excluding any taxes, fees, or gratuities.
5. Redemption Restrictions:
– Stamps cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.
– Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be given to a friend or another individual.
– Stamps are valid only for one year from the date of issuance. Expired stamps will not be honoured.
6. Lost or Stolen Loyal Cards:
If your Loyal Card is lost or stolen, please notify Royal Wharf Clinic immediately. We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement card with the same number of stamps you had at the time of loss.
7. Program Changes and Termination:**
Royal Wharf Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyal Card Stamps program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes or termination will not affect stamps already earned, but no additional stamps will be issued after the program’s termination date.
**8. Privacy and Data Protection:**
By participating in the Loyal Card Stamps program, you agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. We will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
