The funds in the virtual wallet can be used for future purchases or services from Royal Wharf Clinic. The virtual wallet balance is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

1. Hair Transplant Offer Terms & Conditions
1.1 Eligibility
• This special offer is applicable to individuals who undergo a consultation for a hair transplant at Royal Wharf Clinic during the promotional period.
• The offer cannot be used for medical or injectable treatments but is valid for laser hair removal, skin treatments, body treatments, and hair transplant procedures if the individual changes their mind.
1.2 Consultation Requirement
• To qualify for the special offer, individuals must attend a hair transplant consultation at Royal Wharf Clinic.
• The consultation must be completed within the promotional period to be eligible for the offer.
1.3 Virtual Wallet Credit
• If, after the consultation, the individual is not 100% sold on proceeding with the hair transplant, a £500 credit will be added to their Clinic Virtual Wallet.
• The Clinic Virtual Wallet credit is non-transferable for cash and can only be used within Royal Wharf Clinic.
1.4 Transferability
• The £500 Clinic Virtual Wallet credit can be transferred to a friend or family member’s Royal Wharf Clinic account.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the clinic and approved by Royal Wharf Clinic administration.
1.5 Valuation and Expiry
• The £500 Clinic Virtual Wallet credit is valued on the Royal Wharf Clinic system and is valid for three (3) months from the date of the hair transplant consultation.
• After the expiration date, any unused portion of the Clinic Virtual Wallet credit will be forfeited.
1.6 Usage Restrictions
• The Clinic Virtual Wallet credit can only be used towards services offered by Royal Wharf Clinic, excluding medical or injectable treatments, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The credit cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Royal Wharf Clinic.
1.7 Promotional Period
• This special offer is valid only during the specified promotional period, as determined by Royal Wharf Clinic.
• Royal Wharf Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
